Terms & Conditions of the Sale / Updated 22-Jan-2024

  1. Insufficient Bookings:

    • In the event of insufficient bookings, tickets remain valid for the next published course (of the same type) or can be refunded upon request.

       

  2. Refund and Cancellation Fees:

    • We may waive additional cancellation or change fees on compassionate grounds.
    • Refund, cancellation, and course-change fees apply within 1 month before the course start date.

       

    2.1) Course Cancellation by Organisers:

    • If the course is cancelled by us, an alternative date or a full refund will be provided if requested.

    2.2) Refund, Cancellation, and Course-Change Fees:

    • Fees apply within 1 month of the course start date (£20/attendee/seminar-day).

       

    2.3) Change to another course:

    • A change to another course by the same instructor is considered within 1 month of the course start date.

       

    2.4) Late Arrival:

    • There is no refund or partial refund if you arrive late but choose to stay for the rest of the course.

       

    2.5) Documentation Requirements:

    • Options are available if suitable documentary evidence is not presented.

       

    2.6) Payment at the Door:

    • An additional £10 admin fee is payable for cash payments at the door.

       

    2.7) Change of Venue:

    • The course may be moved to a bigger venue in the same town, and no cancellation is allowed for this reason.

       

    2.8) Repeater Tickets:

    • It is non-refundable within 1 month of the course start date but can be used within a year (with the same instructor).

       

    2.9) Additional Family-Member Tickets:

    • Discounts may be available, and terms are defined by each course.

       

  3. Price Changes:

    • We reserve the right to change the price of our training courses during the year.
  4. Gratis Ticket Holders:

    • Option for Silva International Royalty-dependent documents (Silva ID Card, Certificate, and Student Books) for completed foundation course modules within 6 months.

       

  5. Money-Back Guarantee:

    • It is applicable only if the ticket was bought directly from our ticketing service (TicketTailor).

       

  6. Advanced Bookings: Off-line Payments:

    • Payment must be received in full before the course starts.

       

  7. Repeater Ticket Refund:

    • Refund after the course if the repeater introduces a new student, subject to conditions.

       

  8. Affiliates:

    • Terms and conditions for affiliates.

       

  9. Group-Ticket Discounts:

    • Defined by each course, where applicable.

       

  10. Private Affiliate Scheme:

    • Terms for private affiliates.

       

  11. Terms of Mentoring Services:

    • Detailed terms for mentoring services, including cancellation and refund policies.

       

We always act in good faith and accommodate cancellation requests on compassionate grounds, where applicable and reasonable.
